We are recruiting, on behalf of our client, a French fine jewelry house, for an HR Business Partner (M/F).
Permanent contract – Monaco based / If the candidate is based in Italy or Germany, the position can be offered fully remote – Monégasque contract – 39h/week – Salary: €38K–€45K fixed – Meal vouchers – 1 day of remote work/week. Occasional travel within Europe (2 to 3 days per month) is expected.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will be a truly operational HR Business Partner, overseeing a European scope of around 100 employees (Flanders, Germany, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Poland…).
Your mission: support local teams and Managers in their daily HR challenges while ensuring the proper implementation of the Group’s HR policies. You will also ensure compliance with HR practices and labor regulations across the different countries.

Main Responsibilities

HR Support & Advisory

  • Advise and support Managers on all HR topics: recruitment, training, talent management, labor law, etc.

  • Act as a relay of the Group’s HR policy and ensure its proper application across retail stores.

  • Recommend corrective or preventive actions in case of non-compliance or conflict.

  • Support teams and managers through organizational changes and transformation processes.

Talent Management & HR Administration

  • Lead recruitment for managerial positions within your scope and ensure smooth onboarding.

  • Draft and update employment contracts and amendments.

  • Support the implementation of mandatory training and training plans to support team development.

  • Contribute to the rollout and follow-up of annual performance reviews and professional interviews.

Labor Law & Compliance

  • Provide legal support to the HR Director in collaboration with local HR consultants.

  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations in each European country.

  • Raise awareness among managers and employees regarding local labor law best practices.

  • Monitor changes in labor legislation and collective agreements.

  • Participate in managing disciplinary cases and contract termination procedures together with local consultants.

HR Projects & Internal Communication

  • Share relevant HR updates, process changes, and organizational announcements with employees.

  • Develop HR communication materials and documentation.

  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of specific HR projects.

Pré-requis du poste

  • You hold a Master’s degree in Labor Law or Human Resources and have at least one successful professional experience. During your career, you have worked with at least one European country (Germany, Italy, Belgium—even during an internship).

  • You are fluent in English, and proficient in Italian or German.

  • You’re reactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage several priorities at once—you’re that HR “Swiss Army knife” who moves from legal to operational topics with ease.

  • You enjoy agile, fast-paced, family-oriented environments where people move quickly and efficiently.

  • Flexibility, curiosity, and a strong sense of service describe you well.
